Is established in 10.08.1992 and from its beginning it is working as a one-man firm. In 1995 because of the changes and structure condition at that time, the firm transformed into LTD, as it is until now.
During the years whole network of offices was created in the region and the whole country.

The firm is closely specialized in mediation with real estate deals: buy and sell and rentals with it’s two own departments: “Rental department” and “Buy and sell department”. Some of the other activities of the firm are: managing of properties, consulting about properties and investments, property valuations made by licensed valuators, preparation of documents and contracts.
The agency is co-founder of the National real property association in Bulgaria – NRPA and it’s regional structure in Varna.
The firm is member of the national consortium “Property group Bulgaria” of the central-European real estate associations network – CEREAN and a member of NAR – National association of the realtors in USA.

The perfect business relations of the Agency with firms from all over the country gives a great possibility for realization of deals in the whole territory of Bulgaria.

	Albena Marinova – 17 years experience in the real estate sphere. Higher economical education. Licensed valuator of real estates to the Agency for privatization. Specialist – sells and rents.
